We do NOT charge upfront fees

Our finders fee ranges from 1% to a maximum of 25%. although we do offer fixed fees for certain services.

Let us be honest even 75% of something is better than 100% of nothing.

The finders fee is relative to the amount of personal time and machine time taken, along with the complexity of the tasks involved and the various AI programs needed to be run to recover your wallet files to a position where your currency balances can be restored.

Sorry but we mainly specialize in Bitcoin accounts only, this is due to the age and value, but it does not hurt to inquire.

Crypto wallet recovery is not a 5 minute exercise, it usually takes several days on average, but can drag on for months or even years depending on the factors involved. Because of the length of time required and the fact that we run our own specialized software, customers are not invited in to view the processes.

We may ask you to provide a donor device along with your original device if the recovery is a hardware based recovery. Wherever possible we try not to run recovery programs on the original device as this has the potential to cause irreversible damage which could lead to never being able to recover your data.

How do we get paid?

When we have successfully recovered your crypto wallet, we will contact you offering several choices. We prefer bank transfer to our business account, in this case we would send you up to 50% of your crypto balance before asking you to make a payment to us.

If your anonymity is important to you, we can send ourselves our finders fee and either leave the remainder in your recovered account and securely send you the details or we can send the remainder of the balance to a new address for you.

There are plenty of recovery services offered on the internet, but beware, they may not all be what they claim to be. They may look legitimate, but there are many sites out there with the sole intention of stealing your data and digital assets.

Do your research beforehand, don’t just look at the reviews. Check out social media.

Check how long a website or company has been running, if they have a track record, if they are traceable, do they have a physical address, what qualifies them to be capable of offering the services advertised.
